The project went very well and the price was good given the quality of materials and work done.

It was a great roofer. His prices were very competitive but his quality was top notch. The time he spent doing the product I wanted and the follow up long since being paid. There were some minor things. The employees he had working for them were outstanding, super people.

Chris and his crew were very personable and professional. My entire roof was stripped of old shingles, felt, ridge vents and replaced in one day! The trash was disposed of and a huge magnet was used to insure no nails were missed. Just an absolute top notch job. I will use Chris and his Top Team for all my future roofing needs. I would advise anyone looking for a straightforward estimate to give Chris a call. His pricing was several hundred to over a thousand less than other estimates.

Due to heavy, frequent rain in the area the job was delayed numerous times because Chris had other jobs lined up prior to
ours. It was a relief when they were finally on our job and completed it in one day. Our son is living in the house and I have
not had the opportunity to see the finished project but I am confident that the crew did a great job.

We can't say enough about Chris and his crew, they were extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time and got to work immediately, they were careful and considerate with the materials they had delivered and made sure to keep them out of walking and parking areas, they also cleaned up all the materials and didn't leave one bit of debris on the ground. It was amazing that they started at 8 am and finished the entire roof by 7:30 pm, from taking off the old one, replacing flashing and 22 sheets of OSB board, clean up etc. The price was more than fair and less than we thought we'd have to spend especially considering how bad the condition of our existing roof was. We've hired many contractors over the years and have never had one that was honest, hardworking and delivered such exceptional service, we are thrilled with Chris and his crew and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I ended up having them add a new porch roof and re-shingle the house with lifetime Architectural shingles. They turned out to be the best contractor to ever work on my house, I hired all the contractors to build this house and he is the best.
He suggested the best materials and his team is the best.

- They picked up every bit of trash and material at the end of each day.
- They were very careful of landscaping.
- The roof was protected against weather before they left each day.
- I trusted Chris to charge building materials to my account at the lumber store.
- Chris provided credit at his roof material supply company for left over roof material.

I am very happy with the end result. They fixed flashing problems, installed the best valley protection system and the best ridge vent system. The new architectural shingle roof looks great.

Chris and his crew were wonderful. The focus of the work was quality. My roof was replaced in 3 days. It may have been quicker with a larger company but these guys have been doing this for more than 20 years and took their time to make sure the job was done right. My old roof was installed by the builder and the shingles sometimes only had one nail holding them in place and felt did not cover the entire roof which is what started my problem.
Chris provided one-on-one in person consultation(s) and let me take my time deciding on if I wanted his company to do the job. Top Team already had a good track record in my neighborhood, but I still made sure I was making the right decision.
The finished product looks amazing. My old bargain-basement shingles were replaced with the newer high-definition shingles which not only look good but have a 50 year warranty. I would definitely do business with Top Team again. The experience was not only pleasant, but extremely professional. It is nice to know that some people still take pride in their work! They did excellent work. My house at the time had hail damage and I contacted them to install a new roof. I had contacted a couple of roofers and he quoted and charged me $800 dollars less than the other two. My neighbors liked the work that they contacted them as well.

This is one of the most advanced roofers I could have ever found to do the many roofs I have as a home renovations business. He is exceptional when it comes to his knowledge of what it will take to completely replace a roof and always does the job right the first time. His workers are always punctual and they clean up extremely well. This time around he had a tough roof which had many divots and turns to it but his completed work was nothing less than exceptional.
