I would highly recommend The Roof Factory to anyone needing any installation or repair work. I backed a moving truck into my front gutter, crushing it, while moving out of my house just a few days before closing. After talking to a few other companies and getting pricing, I luckily stumbled upon The Roof Factory and gave them a call. I spoke with Craig and explained the situation to him and that I needed to have the gutter replaced quickly in order to avoid complications at closing. Craig assured me that they would get it taken care of, and they absolutely did. Craig came out to the house the following morning, matched the color perfectly, and offered an unbeatable price. The process was very easy and Craig kept me updated throughout. Craig and The Roof Factory took a very stressful situation for me and turned it into a very pleasant experience. The gutter looks perfect and the closing process completed this morning with no issue. If you have any roofing or gutter needs, I would highly recommend using The Roof Factory. You will not find better pricing and quality work. Good, honest businesses like this are hard to find these days.

Quick response and quality work.

Craig was very good to work with. He responded very quickly to get the hole in the ceiling of my 90 year old mothers house repaired and the issue that caused the flooding corrected. A previous contractor had installed a piece around a pipe incorrectly which caused the rain to pour in and a large section of the ceiling to collapse. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

They had a hard time finishing the job. As soon as old roof was off, it rained every day for almost two months. There were very few days we had no rain, so I don’t know how long it would have taken if weather permitted. Did not use ashfault shingles but a rolled covering. Workers very friendly and efficient.

On the building with a roof repair, it is still leaking and I have received no response from him. On the new roof, the morning of the install, he tried to up his cost from the estimate. Then he did not put up ridge vents. Said the roof wasn't installed right so he couldn't put them up. I contacted the shingle co. and they said that had nothing to do with installing ridge vents. Had to with hold payment until he put them on.

Has a great crew. They are courteous and do quick and quality work. We hired them previously to install new shingle work which was also great work. Prices are also good. Thanks Craig !!!

The Roof Factory called right away and came out same day called. Pretty amazing. Only problem is only One company called me ! Which was troubling.

Craig charged me $150 to seal (I think) a nail pop that was causing a leak on my roof. He also sealed and recommended that I replace a boot over the kitchen that is not leaking but he said it was cracked. We also discussed him giving me an estimate for other work that needed to be done. I asked if I should pay now or wait for the estimate. He said wait. 5 days later I received an invoice for $150 but have yet to receive the estimate for the other work. The invoice said I was being charged for replacing a boot on the roof. I emailed Craig and asked for clarification and asked about the estimate. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a response for clarification or the estimate for the other work. $150 seems like a lot to seal a nail pop, but about right to replace a boot. Not sure exactly what was fixed. I hired someone else to do the other repairs that were needed.
