Two of the teams are very good. However, there is a large turnover and if one complains about the quality, one is told it is their fault for changing hours or days. We have had over 20 individuals come to our home. The last time the employees suggested we look for someone else. Not planning on staying with a company where poor service is the customers fault.

First of all I need to say that two of their teams are very good. Other than that, there is a large turnover. We have had 25 different individuals in a little over a year. If one complains about poor or inconsistent service, the manager points out how it is the clients fault for changing times or days. I guess poor service is acceptable on off days. During our last service, even the employees commented on how we should find a different company. Finally, if you have a Spanish accent I would stay away. The comments from both the manager and employees are not only condescending but insulting. The attitude was as if they were doing us a favor for accepting money to clean our home.
