We also provide services for commercial and industrial locations, including restaurants, office buildings, industrial plants, and medical facilities. Ok, Jeremy, Ken and Garrett just finished some work on my house for $1,150.39, it was quality work that needed to be done since my house was build in 1950. They even found stuff that should have never been allowed to be in the house, that the inspector missed. Because of all this crazy pandemic stuff going on they have been pulled pretty thin. The only complaint would be that it took several and I mean several times, and dates before they were able to finish the job. With that being said I truly appreciate them coming and staying late the last day to finish the job. We now have a bathroom that for over a year was broken that we can now use, which makes my daughter very happy. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to others that are in need of plumbing. I also liked how Darren the owner came out and even explained some issues we were having. I appreciate this company, and that they are a small business during this time we need to support companies like this one.

The guys were great, they were polite, professional, and arrived quickly on the same day for my emergency issue. The price was lower than I expected! They also assisted me with contacting the manufacturer for warranty parts on my water heater. They went above and beyond what was expected.

Our tenants had eater backing up in their tub & toilet. We were ouybof town & didn't know who to call. Our realtor suggested calling T&S. They responded quickly, called & told us what he thought was wrong & how much it would cost and what it would cost if they had to do more work. Work was completed by the end of the day & was the price they quoted.

I was so thankful that the plumber was able to come the same day I called him -- everyone else I called was planning on giving me an appointment the following week. He quickly figured out why my washing machine had leaked all over the floor, and he cleaned out the plumbing so that both my washing machine and my kitchen sink are now draining the way that they should be. What he charged me was very fair and reasonable, and he was quite friendly and personable. I would highly recommend T&S plumbing -- if I ever have another plumbing need, I know who I will call!

Steve and Russell were wonderful. They followed through with everything that they said that they would do. I called & talked to Steve on Sunday. He told me that they could come that day but it would cost more. I told him that the next day, Monday, would be fine. He said that he would call me Monday morning between 8:00 and 8:30 after they had met with the owner. At 8:25, Steve called saying that they would be at my house before noon. Russell called about 10 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way. Arriving at the time stated, before lunch, they worked well together. They were prepared, all the necessary parts were in their van. Russell replaced the Delta faucet part in the lavatory, while Steve replaced the cut-off valve and they worked together on the toilet parts being replaced. They cleaned up after the repairs were completed and were finished within an hour.

Great. Called at 3 pm on a Friday. Plumber was to be at my home by 5:30 pm. Arrived at 5:15 pm. Told me upfront hat charge would be. Repair was complete by 6:45, with water restored at 8 pm. Plumber was to return on Saturday morning to inspect and cover unearthed section. He returned at 9 am sharp Saturday, inspected repair and buried section that was replaced. Great service!

From first call to completely finishing the job, it was less than two hours. AMAZING!!! I called, they responded that a plumber would be contacting me within the next 20 minutes. Five minutes later he called and was on the way. He was there within five minutes and had examined my bathroom, determined the situation, and offered an estimate within 15-20 minutes. I opted to have the work done thinking it would need to be scheduled for the next day, as it was already 4:30 pm. Imagine my surprise when Shawn said he could do it RIGHT THEN! I asked for an upgrade in the toilet, he went to the store to get it and offered to call me while at the store to give me estimates on the different items I had requested. He was back within 15-20 minutes and 30 minutes later it was done! He even asked for my cleaner that I regularly use and cleaned up and left my bathroom better than he found it! I am just extremely pleased and deeply appreciate T&S Plumbing for being so professional and prompt. I called my mom in another town who had been waiting on a plumber for 4 days to brag ! I HIGHLY recommend these guys and cannot sing their praises any higher. This company is AWESOME!!!!!

Yes, you are correct, the manufacturer did not send the correct 'condensate line kit' and our tech did have to fabricate a temporary line until the actual one was shipped. We were blown away by the service provided by T&S Plumbing. We called on a Sunday night, and they were there before noon on Monday. They were very professional and helpful from the beginning to end of the service, and after discovering there wasn't an issue with our plumbing, they didn't even charge us for the visit!! We really appreciated this level of service, and we will definitely be calling them in the future if needed. We would recommend T&S Plumbing to anyone!
