We had been using Frank for a while and were very happy and referred him to many of our friends. However, his work and customer service declined and we had to start using other cleaners.

I hired Royal Carpet cleaning for $200.00 on the phone, When he arrived he told me he has increased the price and will now be charging $230.00. I was in a hurry so I decided to pay for it. The work was OK. It used to be better

Royal Carpet Cleaning Inc. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Frank did a fantastic job! Professional company and did exactly what I asked for. I had an okay experience with them. They were really nice, but they just didn't really have the equipment to do a good job. While the price was good, I wasn't quite as happy with them. We've got two dogs and occasionally we have messes and we couldn't seem to get it cleaned up. They're okay for a light job. I just wasn't that happy with the results. They did our flooring first and I wasn't really satisfied with the job, so they offered to come back and do the carpets for free. It was nice of them to do that. We just wanted them to clean the hardwood floors and seal it and that didn't work out well. They're good people and will honor their workmanship. I don't think they had the quality equipment to do it. They're definitely willing to try. That was a couple of years ago and they could have improved since then.

Love working with Frank and Susanne at Royal Carpet Cleaning. Frank called to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late. The weather was awful. As usual he was polite and friendly and worked diligently to strip all the old build up and apply the polish. The next morning, it was not as shiny as I was hoping for. Called RCC and Franck was back in an hour, applied another coat of polish. He was not resentful or defensive. Just came with a great attitude and fixed the problem. You can't ask for better service than that!

I have been using him for 15 years now. He is very reliable. Not just me but my friends also use him. The last time when he came he missed some spots and I had to call him to come back and he came back with no charge and removed the spots. He does a really good job cleaning. He is very professional. I have never heard anything bad about him. I have recommended him to many of my friends. He is a very pleasing guy. He comes and does his job and you can ask him to do the same job twice or thrice and he will do it without any complaint.

This company is family owned and very trustworthy. They do not overcharge. You will not find a company that steam cleans carpet for less! I have been using them for at least 6 years and will not use anyone else as long as they are in business! I trust them in my home and around my family. They do great work and have gotten out a lot of sutbborn stains in my berber carpet (I have pets and kids). The quality of the service is more than worth the price. They are always running specials too!
