Peach State Garage Doors

I was quoted $140 dollars to install a garage door opener. I had two openers to be installed and confirmed with the person that took my call the service would be $280. What they failed to mention or ask is whether or not an garage door opener was also installed. If one was not already installed there is another $25 dollar charge. There is also another $9.95 charge for "tax". Not sure how that is calculated as it doesnt fit with the tax percentage where I live. There is also a 5% charge if you pay by credit card. Something else that was never mentioned. Installer showed up within the scheduled time. Seemed to be more worried about upselling then performing the agreed upon job. Also I didnt know I would have to help with the labor for this job even if I was paying for it. I am not referring to making sure things were not in the way of the installer but having to help mounting the opener to the ceiling helping with locating the beams. Was advised by the installer that they clean up all trash. Was surprised to then find all of the trash left on the floor in the garage including personal trash of the installer (empty water bottle). The wire that was ran for the garage opener switch is hanging from the ceiling as it did not have enough staples to mount the wire. I had to sweep my own garage to locate all of the washers/screws/nails that were dropped. Will certainly go with another company once I will need anything additional with my garage door/openers. At least the openers appear to be working

Sean came out and explained everything that I needed to have done. Then James came Out and did the work. I was very happy with both Sean and James Who were both very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. James showed me how to do maintenance on my door, definitely went the extra mile in customer service!

Guys thanks a lot. My parents have talked of nothing else. Can't wait until next month when you come to add the outside opener. Again, thanks. You guys are great.

Sean came out to fix the motor on my garage door but he suggested that I buy a new one. The price was way better then other companies I called. Sean was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing.
