Everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. I like their work so well I put them on an ongoing schedule to return every two weeks.

Pace (who did the floors) and Michelle (who did the cleaning) came to my home to evaluate what was needed and to give me an estimate. Appointments were made. Each arrived on time and ready for work. Both are self motivated and care about the quality of their work. Which is reflected in their performance. I have had Michelle back to clean since the initial visit and plan to call soon for another appointment. My kitchen floor has a distinctive texture which is difficult to maintain. However when Pace finished with it, it never looked better.

Did a good job pretreating carpet stains and rugs look good but stains are reappearing in living room and master bedroom. We will try with our carpet cleaner to get them up ourselves.

Great Job. I have been out of work due to a big surgery and unable to clean like I would like. Michelle and Sarina were fantastic. And having my house sparkling clean has made me feel so much better. I plan on having them clean again.

Even though they had a staff member call in sick along with another unfortunate event that morning they showed up, were on time and worked really hard to make the house look great. I am disabled and had hired a few other cleaning "professionals". Paid WAY more for terrible work. One company showed up over an hour late, finished fewer than 2 rooms before our open house and spent most of their time folding toilet paper ends and putting their stickers all over everything!!
Not true with TORAH! They were and have been wonderful. Family owned and operated they care as much about the safety of your home and family as they do their own. They need to raise their prices to be commensurate with the quality of their work! They are choosy about who they hire because their employees work ethic has to be as good as theirs. I learned all of this while interviewing them for my job given my previous bad experiences.
I will use them at my new home and have, and will recommend them to friends, family and realtors looking for contractors.

Arrived on time,cleaned bathrooms and kitchen,mopped dusted and ran vacuum cleaner. Very professional. Always ask if I need anything else.

All dark stains were removed and our 7+ year old carpet now looks brand new. Oh, and we have 2 large dogs that added to that dirt around the area rug that was once in the middle of our family room. Property looked and smelled nice and great attention to detail.

To start with, the vacuuming she did was exceptional and very thorough. She didn't just rush through it. We have a shedding dog, so there was a lot of dog hair that was removed from both the vacuuming and the washing process, and of course there was also the collection of dust along the edges of the carpet and in general the stuff that typical shoe traffic and household activities bring in. With the carpet washing, he used a brand new brush and it collected quite a bit of dog hair. I like that the cleaners they use are not chemicals but a very effective natural combination that they invented. We had many set-in stains that had been there for a couple of years, some from our dog as a puppy, and to our amazement, he was able to lift out from 90 to 95% of most and some even 100% of the stains off !

Pace and his team took the time to explain what they were doing and why, then did an exceptional job on some very tough pet stains on both upholstery and carpeting.  Since that first job, we have gone on to hire them for numerous other projects - regular housecleaning, odd jobs for a household comprised of a blind man and disabled senior mom... and touch-ups on those pet stains.  We have 10 cats - there are bound to be accidents, but Pace and Torah Cleaning Services are there when we need them and 100% effective! As for the price, this is my son's home, and he pays the bills, so I do not know for sure, but he is a thrifty man and would not continue to use this service without competitive rates.

Torah has been cleaning my carpet since 9-2012 and i am pleased with results.He has been out 4 times as i have inside dog.
