Spoke with K P Plumbing by phone regarding frozen pipe that burst and water was pouring through the ceiling. He tried to help me locate the water shut-off outside. When I could not locate the shut-off due to frozen ground, he told me he was on his way to my house. Within just a few minutes, he shut off the water and located the problem area. I was very impressed with his professionalism and abiility to quickly stop/repair the problem. He gave a one year parts warranty. During a very stressful, emergency situation, it was a huge relief to have K P Plumbing perform plumbing service for my home. I would definatley use them again and recommend their services.
