I called Zack because his name was the first one that popped up when I typed in our location for a surveyor. As soon as I called, he answered and I told him that our family had gotten into a bind and needed a survey very quickly of our property with two different size drawings to scale of a garage we are trying to build on our property. We had turned in everything needed to the county to request the variance for our property due to the distance from the property line and the county came back to us with less than a 24-hour deadline to complete a new request for a survey with drawings to scale. I told Zack all of this and he made it all happen for us. He went above and beyond by working us into his schedule and then even meeting my husband to give him the drawings. To top it all off, he made us extra copies and although we would have been willing to pay extra for such an expedited job, he did not charge us any extra- in fact his price was even better than I expected. Oh, and his drawings were perfect and professional. In this day and age, it is so hard to get quality customer service and help but we found it with Zack. He responded to all phone calls and texts and was just magnificent in his customer service. If I could give him more stars, I would. This guy is gold. Call him. You will not be disappointed.

Our survey needs for our two adjourning lots presented a challenge to say the least. Zack was so helpful with when to contact our local zoning dept. And due to so many extra pins that were not ours--it required him to work for an extra day. We thought that would increase the cost but Jack stayed firm with his original quote. He was very professional, patient and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

Very nice guy I'd hire again, the only problem is the length of time I waited to get the survey done but overall, the best work quality, customer service & low cost!

I hired Zach to survey our new lake property on Lake Lanier solely from HomeAdvisor search. It was a difficult survey given the age of the information. I were incredibly impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism and due diligence to track down multiple issues relating to the property lines such as inaccurate plat from years ago, Corps of Engineer questions, terrain, validating against neighboring surveys, etc.. I can't say enough about Zach and encourage anyone needing a survey to hire Zach. He was excellent.

Weather delayed Zack for a few days, but he was always keeping us notified of his status. Went to the property to meet him. Very courteous and professional.
