The staff was very friendly over the phone when I called to see if they had any wheel bearings for my car and the price. They were the only ones in my area that had the wheel bearing I needed. We took the car in and had the wheel bearings replaced. We recommend their services.

Called Joey's to see if he had tires to fit my car. Yes, in stock. He told me to bring it in right away, which I did. The tires were balanced and put on in less than 45 minutes. Great warranty. Friendly, professional service.

Two notable things about this auto service provider: 1. They use after-market parts, and although they guarantee all parts and labor for a year, they wear out and require taking vehicle back for repairs. One should always ask for factory original parts, which they will install but last much longer. 2. They never call when vehicle is done, even though I always ask them to. I always have to call to see if the vehicle is ready.

My son was looking for a car, and this one checked out on CARFAX and sounded like a great deal, but I wanted to have it evaluated by a mechanic before closing on it. My own mechanics were too far away to take it there, so I found this garage in the phonebook and a few other referness on line seemed OK. They made time for us, even though we weren't already customers, and gave us a thorough, printed professional report. Most of all, they saved us from a bad mistake, because the car, although represented as a "state-owned car," had actually been driven very heavily, probably by police--the cylinders were worn, compression was bad, and lots of other things were nearly worn out, even though the mileage was relatively low (75,000) for the price ($4700). They even took the trouble to explain all this to me and my son and tell us how to detect such a car ourselves in the future. they were great!

The air conditioning service repairs took longer than anticipated. The shop did not call me when it was completed. I had to call them. The technician who worked on it talked to me about it, which was good thing. Car is now cooling properly. Over the last 4 years,I have had a lot different things worked on my 2 vehicles and purchased new tires for both cars as needed. My biggest problem with this shop is that they use after market parts, and although they guarantee their parts and workmanship for one year, these parts sometime fail and I have to take it back. They will use original equipment parts if I ask them to (now that I know). I will continue to use them for tires and small work such as oil changes, etc. For that they are very good. But for major repairs I probably will go elsewhere.

Very well pleasnt and professinal personnel from Josh at the front desk to the technician. They even had clean bathrooms for a tire shop.
