Considering they had to redo it.  The young fellow that ran the company was not like a major corporation, just a small company.  Just a really nice guy and really professional.  I just thought it was a good company to go with, trustworthy.  They could have got it in there right the first time.  We were having trouble with it because it wasn't draining properly.  It has to be set up high enough where the drain lines run downhill and that was the problem.  The drain lines were too horizontally positioned to the air conditioner.  So far so good.  Next time I'm getting a Trane though.  They're great when you call them they are out here the next day.

I think everybody is expensive right now.  When they put in my HVAC 5 or 6 years ago, apparently they did something wrong and we didn't know it at the time.  A couple years later when they came to service the air the owner of the company he came out and they went under the house.  The guys that had put it in had not put it in high enough.  They came back and redid it and lifted it up.  They also did some repair work on it that the owner wasn't happy with and it didn't cost me a penny.  That was like 2 or 3 years later.  They were great and the air conditioners worked perfect all summer.  We just have not had any problems, they just do a really good job.  Unlike that came out here last year he was a total mess, last year I used a different company.  Just for a service call.  They just did a terrible job and the guy was kind of a jerk.  Then I was quoted a price and I got a bill for different price and that doesn't work for me.  I pay what I'm quoted. You don't send me a more expensive bill.   So I decided this year I was going back to the original people that put it in.  They had serviced me before, which is Absolute Comfort Air.  I went back to them and I don't think I'll have anyone else do it anymore.  They are fine.

Every year, they come out twice or whenever I need them. They are  good.

I think their price is very fair. I've never had a bit of problem with quality of work. Whenever I call, they show up. They are perfect. Top-notch. I would absolutely use them again. 

They called me for regular service. I've called them twice in a situation where I'm having trouble and they've shown up within 24 hours. Fabulous. Kevin is the owner, and the guy he has working for him, both of them are good.
