A dear friend of mine passed away and with little planning time I needed to fly into Atlanta and get to Athens, GA, approximately 90 miles away.   My time frame to get to her funeral service was very tight.  I phoned Mr. Haney during the latter hours of the evening 72 hours before her service and he phoned me back within the hour.  He was courteous, informative, and very kind.   On the day of the flight my plane was delayed 40 minutes on the tarmac at ATL.  Mr. Haney continue to text me, offering suggestions about getting to his car quickly and how I might identify him and the car.  When I finally arrived curbside he was standing exactly where he said he would be, my name prominently displayed, whisked my bags away and off we went.  He drove expertly, safely and quickly, taking roads that would provide us with the best passage.  It was a very difficult trip for me, given the purpose of my trip.  But, Mr. Haney (Tom) was a gift to me, giving me time to collect my thoughts and to prepare for my role in the service.  I will ABSOLUTELY use his services again.  He is a professional in every sense of the word and a good person.

Thomas was very courteous, punctual and prepared. The vehicle was clean and smooth. Insists on helping with baggage. The trip was safe and comfortable, does not answer phone calls and text while on the job (on the road). Used him for trip to and from ATL. Will use him again and recommend to family and friends. Something I appreciate is that I used him for a very early flight to the airport and a very late flight coming back from the airport - he did not yawn once.

The experience was great. On time on all ends. Courteous, professional, and personable. Will definitely use again.

We highly recommend Tom, he was professional, responsive, and a great price! Paid cash since we were warned from prior reviews that his credit card scanner is iffy. First trip from Norcross/Peachtree Corners to airport was $60. Coming home was $55, since he discounted it for round trip reservation. And I forgot to book him until a day ahead---he still was on time and ready to go a few minutes before our request! TOP SCORES for Tom and will use again.

They were fine. It went very well. The guy was very courteous and professional. They were on time.

Thomas arrived at our home on time.  He was polite and courteous. He got us to the airport in a timely manner and his car was comfortable and clean. He met us at the airport on our return. We called Thomas on our cell phone after we reached baggage claim and he met us in maybe five minutes. It was not a long time at all.

The only issue we had was payment. If you are going to use this service, have cash with you. Thomas has a credit card device for his phone, but he has trouble with it sometimes. We were able to use a credit card going to the airport, but on our way back, he couldn't get a code to work in the device.

Mr. Haney responded to my email query promptly.  I made reservations for two guests from overseas to be picked up from the airport in Atlanta and brought to their hotel in Gainesville.  My friends were met promptly upon arrival and were safely transported to the hotel.  They said Mr. Haney was polite, efficient, professional and a very safe driver.  I would not hesitate to use him in the future for friends and family, or myself.  He offers a discount if you make round trip reservations.

Life got  busy and we forgot to arrange for airport transportation until the night before our 7 a.m.. required arrival time at the busy Atlanta Airport.  Despite our last minute request for an early morning driver, we were thanked for our call and promptly given a very reasonable and set price. 
 
I travel a lot and have ever experienced such pleasant, prompt and hassle-free service.
If you are looking for a fancy, look-at-me ride, this is isn't it. If you're looking for a clean, honest and customer-oriented transportation company; you can stop looking--this is it.
I hired them to take care of precious cargo; my daughter and granddaughter later reported they enjoyed the two-hour ride to the airport and felt perfectly safe.
I would say this business stands our for its  efficiency, politeness, reliability and fair pricing; which translates into exceptional value and customer satisfaction.

He was punctual and the ride was comfortable.  It was worth it to not have to deal with the traffic and driving and got there in plenty of time for check in.  Didn't have to take the shuttle from the park and ride and leave the car there for a week. He helped us get our luggage out and it was a nice experience as much as driving to the airport can be for this price.

I called Thomas the night before I needed him to pick up an elderly
relative.  He was very courteous when booking the appointment and
ensured we timed everything properly to arrive at the airport on time. 
He showed up on time and dropped off our family member with more than
enough time to make the flight.  Easy and no worry service for a fair
price.  I would definitely use A to A again.

The gentleman was very nice and helpful. He was able to help us out of a jam when our ride to the airport car broke down. We gave him a call after looking on line for a shuttle service. He was able to save the day for even thought we call him near midnight to get a ride at 7am that morning. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. We will be using him in the future. The price was very very reasonable. Plus he didn't mind stopping before we went to the airport.
