Technician assured pump would work after explaining to him that it had to pump well down range. Needless to say, the pump didn't work. I was refunded the money, no problem, but the lack of integrity (technician denied we explained to him the unique situation), and lack of professionalism is the reason for the rating. Hire at your own risk; I would not recommend at all.
