Auto Radio Service
When the radio arrived it was damaged. I took pictures and sent it back to them. They gave me an RA number and then I returned it. They had it in their possession around January 8. We discussed back and fourth for roughly a month about repairs and purchasing parts to fix the radio. For the last two weeks they remained deaf to my attempts to reach out to them. When I filed a complaint with eBay, miraculously I received a message 10 minutes later accusing me of damaging, and returning it broken. Thankfully, eBay was able to find the evidence in my favor and I would like to extend the following warning to other consumers to avoid doing business with Discount OEM Radios.
