John came out at 7:30 on a Sunday night to submit my bid and was very friendly and professional. He submitted a bit for all three roofs that was much lower than any of the other four bids I had submitted. His crew was on the job and ready to work on the day they said they would be and started work promptly. My home's roof has a 10/12 pitch and they completed it with no problems, his crew took the time to ensure that the roof was not only done quickly and correctly but the they took steps to ensure that it was also aesthetically pleasing. He photographed each step of the process so that I could see that everything was done to my specifications. He had several areas on the roof where he had to work with and around siding, and did so at no extra charge, something the other contractors refused to do. The completed the Metal Roofs on my rental properties over the course of the next two days with the same fast professional service that he showed on my shingle roof. John was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on every step of the roofing process
