I needed my downspout repaired following a high-wind storm a couple of months ago that ripped a 20+ foot downspout off the side of my townhome. On initial inspection, Lloyd quoted me a price that exceeded my insurance adjustor's estimate of what the work would take. After explaining to Lloyd that I would need to get my insurance adjuster involved in the price descrepency, he was willing to negotiate the price in order to get the job. He eventually lowered his price over $100 and got within $50 of the insurance estimate. I agreed to pay and they did a fine job repairing my downspout. I still don't know what the proper amount to pay should have been. I feel Lloyd's initial quote was too high, and my insurance adjustor's quote was low, in order to keep the repair within my deductible window. Lloyd and his crew installed the new downspout, and inspected my gutters for debris and cleaned them out where necessary. I would do business with them again.

These guys fixed my gutters when another company told me they couldn't be fixed. They came out on time, cleaned all my gutters (even though I didn't ask for that) and didn't even send me a bill until after they called a week later to see if everything was working ok.. That's what I call awesome.

The job was very smooth. Gutters Cleaned and Repaired has been repairing my gutters for years from storm damage and related issues. I just wish I had had them also cleaning them, because not having them cleaned properly caused major flooding in my basement. Lloyd came out the same day we figured out the problem (when it was raining) to start getting the gutters clear to prevent any further basement issues. He finished the remainder of the job (incuding preparing gutter extensions) on time and precisely on budget. He had suggested I do the repairs 3 years ago, but I declined (big mistake). He gave me the same price in 2009 as then. I recommend Gutters Cleaned and Repaired because I know I can count on them.
