About us

Having been in the construction industry for 30 years,I have learned to do many trades.My father and grandfather were also carpenters.Family oriented,honest,reliable.OLD home specialist.Quality comes first.Ill show respect for you and your home.Always try to be punctual and courteous.My wife and my son often work with me.Have been mainly working in the buckhead area,but recently trying to do more work in the area i live outside of town.we do most anything that pertains to your home,easier to ask what we dont do.small and large jobs are welcome.hard to say what i specialize in,remodeling,doors,repair that look like new,painting too many to name.check out my photos,always adding more.whole house remodels and foreclosures becoming more popular,ive been doing that for years.If you like working with one contractor rather than many,give me a chance.We are not the cheapest in town but the quality is at the top.Have a good amount of working with real estate agents and home inspection lists.

Keith was great. He was on time everyday. He painted 2 rooms, laid a vinyl plank floor, repaired sheet rock and a couple doors. His price was cheaper than the previous company that was supposed to come do the repairs. He also loved my dogs. I would hire him again.

We hired Keith to install stairs off of an existing deck. He called us within 5 minutes of me doing a search on Home Advisor, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the job completed when he said he would! Him and his wife were very friendly. We are so pleased with our stairs and will be calling Keith for more home projects in the future!

Keith Davis scratched my laminate floor, refused to fix or do anything. Absolutely NOT going to repair too minor a problem. I will NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN. he does not take responsibility for what he does.

"spoke to her about the scratch,a day after doing the work for her,went out to her house and looked at the problem.it was very minor to say the least however didnt think i was responsible for the scratch.did what we could but wouldnt help it.sorry it turned out like that she was very nice.the only way to appease her was to replace the whole floor.keith davis"

We are very happy with the multiple repairs of repairing the gutters, weather proofing the doors, painting our kitchen cabinets, uninstalling and removing an old television, and repairing a bathroom sink. ( All of these repairs had been made less than a year ago by a( "claimed to be professional", who did not make the repairs correctly. ) His completion date was exactly as he stated when he gave us the quote. We definitely will call him again....

Mr. Davis and his son were very professional and pleasant to deal with. My only suggestion would be that they purchase a more efficient pressure washer. They have the same one we have at home. On the more stained areas of the house, a chemical and a brush were needed to remove the build up. My husband was pleased with the work. Thank you.

Grout: Replace or Repair
Mr. Davis was very polite. I feel that this job fell into two categories- overpriced and something I could have done on my own. I paid $75 in labor/fuel cost when he is located 20 minutes away, purchasing the grout probably took a max of 45 minutes, and the job itself took him 20 minutes. After he left and I inspected the job more closely, I found four more locations he had missed and that I ended up grouting. Some of the gaps were 6 inches long. Mr. Davis would have had a better chance at a repeat customer if he had shared the simplicity of the project when he gave the estimate, as my husband had done all of the prep work for him.
