Great company with what they do with their ministry. However, poor customer service and they do not stand behind their commitments. I brought them a bunch of reels to be cleaned. I was expecting them to be completed by a specific time as I am about to go on a 8 week tournament marathon. I am very disappointed that they will not be completed within their committed time frame.

I am still not satisfied with the service and the money spent to this point. I currently have a letter in the mail to the company asking for a partial refund of my money for the reel repair that failed. No response as of this time.
