Languren Painting

“We hired Languren Painting to pressure wash the exterior of our house, painting the exterior cornices and painting three garage doors as well as some windows. The garage door seals had paint on the inside that needed to be removed with thinner to clean it up. The pressure washing with chemicals removed the varnish on the main entrance door which Languren Painting repaired by applying a new coat. We hired Languren Painting again to paint a high ceiling Living Room. Painter was on time, covered up all areas that needed to be protected, know what he was doing and finished the job on time. He even repainted areas that needed a third coat. Very pleased!”

Languren Painting did work on a neighbor's home and was highly recommended.  The owner (Francisco Languren) gave me an estimate and the approximate time it would take to complete the work.  A 5% discount was offered for cash payments.  Originally, we discussed having the work done at their next opening which was a month away, but there was a cancellation and they were able to complete the work within a week of the estimate.
The employees were quite diligent at their job.  The first day was cleaning away the rust and prepping the fence.  The second day was applying the first coat and the third day was applying the final coat.  The patio furniture was 4 chairs, 2 tables, and 2 footstools.  They were very faded after years of being in the sun.  They look fantastic.  
Overall, I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company.  They do outstanding work.  The price and time estimate were right on.  The warranty period is 5 years.   I plan to use them when it comes time to paint the trim around my house.
