Property Appraisal
THEY LOW BALLED OUR HOMES APPRAISED VALUE AND THEY DID NOT GIVE US A COMPLETE APPRAISAL EVEN AFTER WE PAID. THEY ALSO MISSED AN APPOINTMENT AND WERE 3 HOURS LATE FOR THE SECOND SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE HAD ANOTHER APPRAISAL 1 MONTH LATER BY A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND IT APPRAISED AT ABOUT $15,000 HIGHER THAN WITH THIS COMPANY. IT WAS A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WE HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $300 FOR A DIFFERENT APPRAISAL.

"I can not refund any money due to I did complete a service, an appraisal. I completed the appraisal for the intended user, a financial company, and they are supposed to give a copy to the homeowner, however with their authorization I can email them a copy, which I did so twice. Mandy Smith"
