ROCKY BRANCH GARDEN CTR

We purchased a certificate for a landscape consultation donated by Rocky Branch Garden Center to support our local Botanic Garden at the fall Garden Gala. An appointment was set up with Rocky Branch for 10:00 am Friday morning. At 11:00 am we called the representative to find out if he was coming and he had written the appointment on another list and forgot about it. We rescheduled for 1:30 pm to meet with him the same day. He arrived at 1:30 and we asked for ideas to improve the front landscape of the house when viewed from the road. It was obvious that the representative was in a rush at the time of his arrival, we walked to the road to view the house while he described work the company was doing in other neighborhoods. He provided the names of a couple plants and asked if he was done (10 minutes had elapsed), I asked several more questions and he provided the name and description of another plant. He was ready to leave at that point, a total of 15 minutes had elapsed and he began talking about concrete work he had to do that afternoon. I responded yes as no ideas or meaningful suggestions were forthcoming and it was a waste of my time to continue further. No landscape design was provided.
