I provide pressure washing, window and gutter cleaning, fence and deck restoration (stain/seal/paint), as well as interior painting services. My work and your full satisfaction is guaranteed! My husband and I are very happy with Kelly. He’s prompt, courteous, very efficient and did one heck of a good job!!! Not only did he clean the windows, but the screens and tracks as well. I have a large mirror in my dining room that is quite old, asked if he could clean that as well, he did, at no extra cost. The mirror looks new !!!!!! We will be calling him again for other services.

I asked for a price to pressure wash my one story house, driveway, and sidewalk. He told me $375; which was higher than other estimates. I let him do it, because he made me feel bad about the distance he had to drive. After I paid him, he told me he was only going to do a “soft wash” on the house and pressure wash the driveway/sidewalk. This isn’t what I asked for an estimate of nor what I thought I was paying for. My house is 16 years old and has never been painted or pressure washed. I was preparing my house to be painted in a few weeks. He didn’t come prepared, to spray the house off for the “soft wash” he had to use a water hose and sprayer. He didn’t bring a sprayer and had to borrow one from my neighbor, who was moving that day. If you do this for a living shouldn’t you have your own supplies and come to the job sites prepared. I could have just done my house myself, if it was just going to be “soft washed”. I think he was just too lazy to take the pressure washer around the perimeter of the house. I also have a pressure washer which was much bigger than his. I was surprised how small his pressure washer was; since this is his profession. . After he left, I looked closer at my house and there are several areas with green algee on it. So, I guess I’m going to have to get someone else to fix these areas prior to painting. I’m disabled and I wasn’t able to walk all the way around my house. Also, he splattered dirt/mud all over my mailbox and white post. I’m going to have to hire someone to fix this, too. I’m not physically able to drag a waterhose down my steep driveway and clean it up myself. I’m not sure if I was taken advantage of; because I’m a women or because I’m disabled and couldn’t check the work myself. I would NEVER use him or recommend him again. The nice things I can say about him...punctual, polite, and he made the effort to drive to my house for the estimate, some did not. Also, he doesn’t take credit cards so you don’t have any recourse

"As I do with all my customers, I made it very clear before starting the job, (not after getting paid), how I would clean her house. I always do a soft wash, without using the machine, because high-pressured water will break down the UV inhibitors infused within the siding material, as well as increase the risk of breaking seals on windows, and if the house is wood, cause chipping and splintering. Simple research online will confirm this. The customer did not object in the slightest to this method. Had she insisted on me using a pressure washer on her house, I would have declined the job because I will not be held liable for damages. I am not a lazy guy looking to take short cuts. I do my best to inform myself in my field of work and to demonstrate expertise and thoroughness. Yes I did need to borrow a hose nozzle, simply because I left mine at the last job, but if that ever happens again, I won't make the mistake of borrowing one (although the customer didn't mind at all, so I don't understand the comment about it). As long as my pressure washer gets the job done concerning pavement or concrete, its size is superfluous. I did a great job cleaning her patio, driveway and sidewalk. And concerning the areas she says I missed on her house, I am very meticulous and I look over my work before I leave. I did not see any areas that I missed, but if I did, I would have been glad to come back and make it right, but I never heard from her. Surely mistakes or oversights should never happen for a professional, but if and when they do, I ALWAYS make it right - that is, if it is brought to my attention. I asked her to walk the premises to confirm the quality of work done but it would have been difficult for her. Concerning me "making her feel bad" about the distance I had to drive - all I said was, since I'm driving a good distance, is it possible for me to do the job today? If it isn't, I can come another day. She said I could do it the same day - so why the negative comment about this? If you've never used my services before, I hope you can see the other reviews here (and hundreds on Home Advisor) speak for themselves. But after 17 years of doing this work, I've learned there will be some customers I cannot please. If a customer is truly unhappy with my services, please call me and see what I will do to make everything right - with total respect and a sincere apology if I overlooked something. I'm not out to make a quick buck and split. I want loyal and fully satisfied customers!"

Kelly was responsive, professional, and punctual. He was courteous, friendly, and respectful in person, and his work was impeccable. He clearly takes pride in his work product, and it shows in the results. Our house looks brand new! I felt that his prices were fair and reasonable, for the amount of work performed.

Kelly called to make an appointment on Sunday on a holiday weekend, with service the next day. He arrived on time, was very thorough on the walk through and description of work needed. He completed the cleaning and removed all debris.

The work performed by Kelly Barnes was excellent in every respect. My wife and I have been completely satisfied with the work done and the fair price we were charged on every occasion. I've had Kelly's Krazy-Kleen team come to clean windows once or twice a year for many years now. I couldn't be happier with the service that was performed professionally and in a timely manner. I am a little picky about making sure the venetian blind pulls are a certain way after the windows are cleaned and Kelly makes sure my wishes are granted. Besides that, my windows were Crazy Kleen! I will most definitely continue to use them. Two thumbs up for these people!!

Its amazing how dirty some of our windows were. The one's in my workshop probably havent been touched in 10 years and they look like brand new. He cleaned inside and out and did a great job. Came out same day we called and worked very steady until he was done.

My windows ALWAYS look great after Krazy Klean comes to clean them. Never easy doing my windows on the inside of the house as each window pane has to be taken off and inserted back into the window. Krazy Klean always takes the time to make sure that each window is perfectly done and will even fix a few of the broken wood pieces. I love working with Krazy Klean as I think they are one of the most thoughtful, trusting and conscientious people and company to work with.
