I agreed to vacate early. She agreed to pay half the month's rent as she planned to occupy the office on the 15th. When it came time to pay, she refused. I reminded her of our agreement. She said she didn't care stating that I was legally responsible for the rent. I reminded her she received the key on the 15th and took possession of the office. She said she didn't care stating again that I was legally responsible for the rent. So if you plan to buy anything from her get everything written on a detail contract. Have everything she claims about the property painstakingly verified. In my opinion, one cannot trust anything she says.
