No. Installed tub with no authorization. Then. When we did not like it was unwilling to fix tile without tiring out all tile. Would not offer other solutions. Wanted to tire out all tile including floor tile which they would charge a great deal for. Some of the work they did was good. But to do unacceptable work on the largest items was very unprofessional.

Hired 2015 to replace shingles, sheathing, and rotten boards on an elderly woman's house (my mother in law). The crew that came out did not replace any rotten boards. Instead they put metal flashing on top of rotten boards so they could secure new shingles. When we contacted them about the leaking they refused to even discuss our complaint.

The roof was ok but some of the shingles did not completely match the house. The roofing vendor was supposed to take care of it and it's still up in the works right now. There was supposed to be more work done on our house but we decided not to let them finish it. I never got an invoice to start with. He thought that because he did the insurance claim that he was supposed to get every penny out of the claim. The insurance company knew that we were going to do some of the work ourselves. Some of our siding was damaged and his price was way too high. I would never recommend or use them again. I used someone else for the siding and they did a wonderful job. I used this company originally because they had done work on two of my uncles' houses. They didn't backup what they said. They were half way through the roof when they found the shingle issue. They decided that they were going to wait for the vendor to finish the job so it was almost the end of January before that got settled. They said they would give us some money to live with it for six months because they thought it was going to cure itself and that had never even been a suggestion. We didn't want to wait six months and then have them come back and tear my house up again. They were just going to do whatever it took to get the job done, not to make our house perfect. They won't call us again and we'll never use them again. We didn't pay the final portion of the bill and I think they are just happy to leave it alone.

It went well.  They came in on Thursday and were done by Friday.  They were very polite and respectful and cleaned up well.  They did not waste any time.  They were fast and efficient.  Our roof passed inspection.
