Arrived when he was supposed to. Did the repair quickly. I think we have finally found an honest repair man. Will use this company in the future.

removed an electric/Gas all in one package 3.5t unit made in 1993. Cleaned the duct work and replaced the old unit with a 3.5t Carrier all electric package unit w/10 year warranty on the existing foundation. They made additional preventative measures to the exposed duct work and foundation to prevent future service calls. They provided this at no additional cost and was very easy to speak with.

After relocating our home, we had to have our lines re-soldered and our Freon filled completely back up. We called many HVAC companies who told us it would be 5-7 days since it was their busiest time of year. After calling Waycross Heating and Air, they replied they could have someone there the next day. It took only about 30 mins for him to complete the job and we were back up and running. They definitely rescued us from spending several days without air in 100 degree temps. They also worked with us on the billing. They have allowed me to pay what I could when I could without being nasty or harassing me which is unusual in this day and age. This company is highly recommended!

I contacted their complany on 08/14/2013 for an estimate. I received a call within the next hour that they could go out immediately. They faxed me the estimate and told me they could have someone out to do the work int the next day or two.
I told them that I was going to get another estimate first and that I would contact them on the 19th either way. I contacted them on August 19 and they started work on August 21 and completed the job at the end of the day August 22. The cleanup was perfect and the installers were courteous and respectful. My husband and I are extremely satisfied and would recommend their company to anyone. If I have any problems, I am confident that this company will handle them.
