On my first call to Gene Taft for ability to do a quote, he proposed he come by after his work day was complete the same day. He came by (with his crew) did a measurement of the roof, we discussed the job details, and he gave me a quote before he left.
On my next visit to the property, I discovered that some changes in the job would have to be made. I called Gene and again he came by to look at the job and gave me an amended quote. I agreed to the quote and we signed a proposal with the final price and a time to perform the work (with the understanding that weather can be a factor.)
The day before the proposed start date Gene called to confirm their intent to start the work as planned and gave me their expected arrival time. Their previous job ran a little long so they were a couple of hours late, BUT, they were ready to go to work as soon as they got there and worked a late day to get caught up on my job. They arrived on time the next morning to complete the job that day. Good communication from the owner and good effort from the crew to complete the work.
A heavy thunderstorm the evening that they completed the work confirmed that they had applied the new roofing correctly and I had a dry and good looking roof. I have no reservations in recommending Taft Metal Roofing for your new metal roof.
