Still in progress, paid on 4-8-2013. Work began on 5-17-2013. Was to be a 3 week project. Is now 7-19-2013 and the work is still not completed. Now the sub-contractor has run out of material and Lowe's did re-order but they can't locate the shipped order of materials. As of the end of August Lowe's made a deal with me to get someone else to complete the work. They had to order more yellow caulk and an attic vent (which the sub-contractor broke). When the material came in 3 weeks later the vent did not match and Lowe's order silicone instead of caulk. Therefore, I had to pay for the corrections on these products and the work was finally finished on October 4, 2013 by someone else beside one of Lowe's contractors. Lowe's also assured me that the warranty was in place for the installation but I haven't seen this in writing in any shape, form, or fashion. Still not happy at all.
