The cost was very reasonable. The service went very well. There were no problems. The company has also followed up with us about the install.

My father-in-law owned a heating and cooling place, and he came and put us a unit in, and then it went out, so he had retired when it went out, so we had to get someone else to come out and fix it. Once we figured out what the problem was, and then someone came out to fix it, they were very good. We haven't had any problems.

The man servicing my ac unit called his office to get information on cost of service and parts. The secretary gave him an estimate and demanded the man leave if the money was not in his hand. I assured the money would be there in less than five minutes. After the money was offered to them they claimed the part was unavailable and gave me a date of delivery. I gave a follow up call(no one even bothered to call me) when the date of service was supposed to have occurred and was told the part was still not there. I waited three days and called again. The unprofessional secretary told me the part was still not there when asked why I was not called her only reply was I could have but....(???)My husband called two days later and the incompetent woman hung up on him. I do not know how this place is still in business. I reported them to BBB. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.
