They crew arrived on Friday, March 15, 2013 just after noon. They did not hesitate but went straight to work and worked steadily until dark began to fall (6:30 OR 7 PM). They said they would be back Saturday Morning and as promised were on the roof working before 8 o'clock. They worked through the day until about 6:30 pm. They promised to return on Monday morning to complete the job. Promptly at 8'o'clock Monday morning they returned and worked through the day to complete the job. They even came into the house to sweep up the small amount of debris that came into the house when they replaced the skylights. We are totally satisfied with the appearance of the job. Mr. Howell returned on Tuesday to present the bill and make sure that we were happy with the job and the conduct of the crew. We just can say enough about how nice and thoughtful all of the crew were to us.

Took us about a week to get adjuster out here. Work was done on time and professionally. They worked very hard from 7:00 in the morning to 2:15 when they finished. We were well pleased and would refer to anyone.

Arrived when expected and stayed on job until done. Two days. I was presented a bill on completion that was higher than the estimate. The estimate was held up until Mr Howell could get the price of the wood for the repair and the cost of the wood was supposed to be included in the estimate. I paid the additional $118.00 for the wood but just want to let everyone know to watch for this sort of thing from Mr. Howell. Overall, good job.

"Until shingles are removed, we have no way of determining the exact amount of decking that will have to be replaced. We only charge for the cost of materials and invoices are always provided to the homeowner."

Somebody told me they are the best roofers. They were licensed and bonded, which was an important thing. They followed through me. I got an estimate. They did a good work. I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent work as far as it looks and when they finished. They cleaned up very well and that's a big thing. I don't want to go outside and have nails as well as shingles all over my house. They did a good job with that. I did get their estimate and if somebody would have been cheaper, I would rather have them for the quality of their work and reputation.
