Mr. Gordon called before coming and acknowledged it was a little later than he had told me it would be, but that was fine me as I was thankful he had the parts and could repair the washer the same day I called as it was Friday afternoon and I had a lot of laundry to catch up! When he arrived, he confirmed it was the coupler/coupling? and fixed it right away. It only took him a few minutes and it was good as new again! I chose Mr. Gordon's company from seeing the reviews here and am satisfied with the service I received, too.

Appliance Repair
Repairman was at my house within 30 minutes after I called company. He immediately knew what the problem with the washer was and fixed it. Since it was a simple repair, he only charged me for the service call fee. I found the repairman to be professional and competent with his work. I will definitely use this company in the future.
