We had our central heating and air replaced about 16 months ago and it has gone out twice already for a total of about 2.5 weeks without A/C during the middle of the summer. They recommended using incompatible units inside and outside to "save on energy costs." WRONG! They did an awful wiring job that I had to inform them was not even up to code. SERIOUSLY!? Terrible service. I do not recommend using this company!

it went great! I called them and they sent a service tech the same day. turns out the unit needed to be cleaned and some gas added to it. I was able to sleep cool
