I've been contacting her. It's not official use like she doesn't have a file on me or anything but I've been calling her back and forth to get information about property. I haven't bought a property but she has given me information about property. I'm using her actively. I really like that she is always available. I've texted her before at 10:00 at night and she'll text me right back or if I call her in the middle of the day, it doesn't matter. She's very customer-oriented. It was kind of reference call with no charge. I would give her an A. She is extremely knowledgeable. She's very quick. I really like her because she is extremely straightforward. if she knows that there's a reason that something is not right for you, she'll tell you and I like the honesty. You don't feel like everything is a sale speech. She has never shown me anything that was way off the mark. She definitely has listened to what I've said. She's very good at remembering who wants what.

I located a Fannie Mae foreclosure from the website www.homepath.com. I originally contacted her because I was interested in one of her properties. The agent I was currently working with would not return my calls, so I decided to go elsewhere. She met with me that day, even though she had a car full of teenagers. It was a weekend, and she already had plans, but took that extra time to show me her listed house.

I decided that home wasn't for me, but she continued to show me a couple more. I settled on one and tried to put in an offer, but there was a mistake with the listing (the fault of another company). I took a break from looking, but she continued to update me as properties came available. I finally located one that was just what I needed. She submitted the offer to Fannie Mae. It took a while for them to accept, but she kept me updated on a regular basis.

Once it was accepted, she followed through with everything. I know she is a busy woman, but I never felt like I was putting her out or inconveniencing her. She always made me feel like my business mattered.
