Basic Pest Control

Individual was professional and friendly when phone call was made for estimate. A slight discount was offered for my first time service. Price was quoted for first-time service as well as subsequent visits if requested. Very reasonable. On the date of service, individual was on-time and prepared. She went above and beyond what I asked as well as offering assistance with other areas.

We have been using them for over six years with no complaints. It is locally owned. The person who comes out is one of the owners. She comes out every two months. She must be doing something right because we see very few bugs in the house and if they are there, they are dead. She is reliable and she calls ahead. She sets the time and she is there within probably fifteen minutes of the time she sets. She does what she says she is going to do. Whatever products she is using are working which is what we pay somebody for. We did check way back and they are reasonably priced and are probably better than some other well-known pest control companies. She is responsive to our needs and questions. A few times we have had some issues and what she usually does is she will call us several days before she intends on being in the area and she gives us the options. We really haven’t had any questions other than once in a while in the summer time we get a few more bugs and when we have called she has come back and sprayed for free. She is professional as any local company can be. She is very pleasant. We would continue to use them in the future.
