This company will show you one contract and have you sign another, he was supposed to call me before they started. He did not do that. This is the second job they have done for me and they did not contact me on the first one either as requested. They then will demand payment without letting you inspect. My roof is swaying where they did not replace the rotten decking. The facia board is damaged and has holes in it and some is hanging off. He never informed about this. This is a rental property and I was informed by my tenants.
