This company will show you one contract and have you sign another, he was supposed to call me before they started. He did not do that. This is the second job they have done for me and they did not contact me on the first one either as requested. They then will demand payment without letting you inspect. My roof is swaying where they did not replace the rotten decking. The facia board is damaged and has holes in it and some is hanging off. He never informed about this. This is a rental property and I was informed by my tenants.

"We are sorry that your experience has been less than desirable. However, there are a few points of note that need to be addressed. When we initially inspected the roof with the customer (prior to her contract), she stated that she could not afford the woodwork at the time. There was only one contract, that was signed with the customer when the bid was explained. The customer requested that this be taken care of ASAP, so we rearranged our production schedule to move her to the top of the list, including an emergency temporary tarp that we had to call a crew in specifically to install before a rain storm. This job was completed on 19 November"
