Terrible. After about 2 weeks of work, it was discovered that Zap had been installing residential grade equipment that would not pass commercial code. Instead of making the change they walked off the project and a second electrician was brought in. Zap had done everything incorrectly, all of it had to be removed and re-installed. All I can think is that they were over their head in the commercial realm.

Quinton was punctual; he was professional but personable. This was altogether a pleasant experience. I would definitely hire him again. In fact this is the second time he worked at our home. I joined Angie's List after the first visit.
