Landscaping
Vision Landscaping was hired to install rain catch basins and to grade the back yard so that rainwater that had been pooling in the yard would drain to the basins.It first appeared the company did do the work. They planted temporary grass after job, but as the grass died, it was obvious that the grading did not work. I still had water pooling in the backyard. The work did have a lifetime warranty. The owner came out and reviewed the problem and agreed to fix it. Since then, I have been unable to contact him. He has not returned my calls, nor responded to my registered letter requesting that the problem be resolved quickly.
