Robbie completed a thorough inspection of the home we are buying. We are moving from out of town, and initially had hired another inspector, but the report was poorly communicated. This inspector was funny and friendly, super knowledgeable, has done electrical repair so was able to give us an in-depth electrical assessment, saving us money on a separate electric inspection. Can't say enough good things--we got so lucky choosing this company! I've never submitted an Angie's report before, but this guy was a truly wonderful!
