The rep was very knowledgible. He explained to me what he would be doing, how long it would take an an instance where a tritle company had made errors in a plat survey. This survet was necessary for my property stakes to be located because of future construction.

"I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by property layouts. We performed all the duties that you wanted, and that we discussed. Project scope was to find and flag all corners, for a particular price, and that's exactly what we did for the exact amount we discussed."

"Mr. Wxxxxx [Consumer name withheld at their request], We did respond to your original email, we gave you our phone number and told you to give us a call to discuss your project. Your response to us was that you did all correspondence via email and that you didn't handle any business by phone. We are almost the complete opposite of that. We conduct most of our work and correspondence by phone. When it comes to asking questions and getting the right information for the project and what exactly the client wants and needs, this could take a week or more through email. While one 15 min phone call could handle the entire thing. We are truly sorry we didn't respond to your final email."
