Everything about this process was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better professional service. From the onset, I was treated as a valued and intelligent person, which I cannot say for every company I called. Everyone was patient and thoroughly answered every question I had (which ended up being quite a few questions). They also accommodated our non-traditional schedule for installation. There was a minor issue after installation. When I called and left a message about the issue (it was a weekend), I received a call-back within 1 hour and within 3 hours the issue was resolved. There were no hassles, no repetitious explanations/justifications for the service call, nothing. They responded and fixed what needed to be fixed with their apologies. While the cost for the new system was the most expensive of the three quotes I obtained, I trusted Shumate from the onset and I have yet to be disappointed. The system is working better than expected.
