Sam was well-recommended to us by builders in the area, and his reputation is deserved. Sam was very responsive, sensitive to our need to constantly discuss the lot and its issues, changed with us as we discovered more about the lot and the house we intended to build, did not pester us with overages, and came in on budget and on time. He made excellent suggestions that ultimately made the house a better fit on the lot and saved us time and money. We recommend Sam without reservation and would use him again on any project requiring grading, septic, or good knowledge about erosion control and slope issues.
