Oconee Solid Surface

We remodeled our kitchen a little at a time. A couple of years after putting in granite counter tops, we decided to replace our oven/stove top. The problem was that they do not make any as small as the one we were replacing anymore. We needed to make the cut out in the granite just a couple inches wider. The original granite installer wouldn't even attempt it. We got quotes from a couple other places that were more than the cost of the new stove! Finally I found this place on Angie's List and gave them a call. They came out the very next day and did a wonderful job. Yes, it was messy and I had granite dust galore, but that was to be expected given the situation. They contained and cleaned up the mess as best as they could. I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the first introduction to Oconee Solid Surface, it is clear that this company is very customer oriented. Their prices are far more competitive than Bella Maria, Traditions in Tile, or anyone else we checked. We had at least six estimates; Oconee's was the best. More important, when we needed extras, they were always ready to suggest a remnant they had on hand that kept our costs low. Their install crew is terrific. Very friendly, competent, and professional. Our kitchen island top is more than 7 feet long with curves and overhangs for bar seating, and I was very nervous the day they brought it in, but they brought it to me first for checking colors and placement, then took it away, did the edging exactly as I wished, making great suggestions to make it even more beautiful, and then brought it back perfect. Our master vanity is also very long, about 110 inches, very difficult to handle in solid marble. All came out wonderful, very beautiful, exactly as we'd hoped. Rather than charging extras, they did extras for us at no charge, including providing some marble thresholds we needed and fixing a chip on the vanity backsplash caused by another crew after it was installed. A super company. I would recommend them to anyone for any project involving stone, granite, cultured marble, marble, or anything else in counters. We're also using them to help us with our fireplace hearth and surround, we like them and trust them and find their prices to be the best.
