Lawn Irrigation
Oconee Irrigation sent Drew to my home on 10/3/18, replaced valve and system worked. Approximately 5 minutes after repairman left zone 5 quit working. Called repairman to let him know and try to get him to return as soon as possible. It was Tuesday of the following week before the repairman came back. Worked on zone 5 again and told me problem could be wiring and wiring is very expensive. Managed to get zone 5 to come on again but the system quit working shortly after he left. Called him, suggested he come and remove valve and refund $150.00. He did not agree to that. On 10/17/18 Sprinkles Irrigation came, diagnosed the problem as a bad valve, replaced the valve and the system works fine. I am disputing the cost of the valve and installation in the amount of $150.00.
