I have a twice-a-year maintenance plan for my systems with Jordan Air. The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. They even put up and are kind to my barking yet harmless dog. This time I had my UV light changed.

A second appointment is required for a consultation, which is fine. I use Jordan Air twice a year to check my system, so I have a contract.

Due to this error the blower would not turn on. Lane troubleshot and discovered that there was a short on the low voltage wire. He repaired the short and all is well.

Worked great they didn’t have the thermostat stat I needed but it was my fault for the particular system that I had ordered but he did tell me how to fix everything once I get the new one in

Zack did a great job great company will use them again. Serviced three air conditioners in three air handler’s plus checked all filters $107. House is 4500 ft.² Can’t get any better than that.

I am so appreciative to Jordan Air to keep my system maintained and running perfectly. No matter who comes out, I always know they will address any questions I have or problems I am facing. My touchscreen thermostat needed replacing (issues with that year’s model per Trane) and Joel installed it and was on his way in no time. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient any time they are here. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Jordan Air!

I had these guys do two jobs for me and both experiences were excellent. In May of 2018, they installed an entirely new HVAC system. The work went smoothly and quickly. Earlier this year, in 2019, I had them add some enhancements to the system to preclude future problems with mold. The basement had partially flooded about 8 years ago, and the problem was never properly fixed. This led to a mold problem that had to be remediated. Once that work was done, we had Jordan Air come in and 1) add a dehumidifier unit, 2) put in a better filtration system, 3) install a REME HALO, and 4) Aeroseal the ducts. Again, the work was excellent and it was done in one day. I don't see how you can do wrong with these guys. Jordan Air is top-shelf.

Chuck Norris of Jordan Air was punctual, professional, helpful and a breath of fresh air! He made a lot of helpful suggestions to avoid future problems, and to keep my air at a high quality. I am currently researching the Reme Halo the next generation in IAQ. This was the first of a yearly service. I have two systems.

As always Jordan Air's professionals did an outstanding job. This time it was James Smith, Service Technician, that did our maintenance. When his inspection was complete he presented his Observations, Immediate Repair recommendations (replaced filter) and two more System Renovations, Enhancements and Update recommendations. He explained every item and made sure I had his phone number in case I had any questions or needed any additional or future service. James was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We are pleased!.

I've got a policy with them, so they come out every six months to work on the air conditioner. They're coming out this fall too. I have a special system in here and occasionally if something goes wrong I have them out.

They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and I would highly recommend them. They were a bit pricey, but I know that I can depend on them. They were able to replace my unit in about 6 hours, and recycled the old one.
