Description of Work: Joseph Stunzi is a loan officer and a mortgage broker for Lifetime Mortgage in Watkinsville, GA. He was recommended to us by our real estate agent with Athens Classic Properties (Nancy Connell). Joe did extensive research to get us the lowest interest rate possible for our home loan, and he coordinated all of the paperwork and tasks required to get our loan. He was very responsive, professional and thorough. He sat down with us and went over each piece of paperwork with a thorough explanation. He answered all of our questions throughout the process, and was present at our closing meeting. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a mortgage broker for a home loan.
