Responded quickly to call, and put me on his list, which was long due to severe storms in the area. Set up an appointment, showed up on time, looked at the work, provided a detailed estimate AND (ta-dah! This was a first) immediately without my asking provided me with an up-to-date thorough Certificate of Liability and worker's comp, etc. I have a copy of this, since it is printed on the back of his estimate form. Showed up, worked quickly and efficiently, chipped everything, hauled stuff away, even removed some dead limbs that were going to fall. Followed up later in the day.
