On 7/18/24 I hired Matthew to put up a fence at our new home. On 7/24/24 he said the fence was done & he needed payment. I told him that his team left 6 holes around some of the fence posts & there were huge gaps between some of the pickets. He promised that if I paid him he would fix those items the next day. He didnâ t come back and fill the holes until 8/3/24 & he didnâ t come back to fix the gaps until 8/14/24 but he only worked on 2 of the 5 areas in the fence that we discussed. I tried reaching out to him on 8/20/24 & 8/22/24 via text but he didnâ t respond. I texted him on 8/27/24 with pics of the areas that he didnâ t address and he finally responded. He said via text that there was nothing else he could do and that he lost money on my job. After a few texts back and forth, he said that he would come out ASAP. Itâ s been 4 weeks & I havenâ t heard from him. On 9/21/24 one of the pickets in area that he supposedly fixed on 8/14/24 popped off at the top and nails are starting to pop out in other places in the fence. 9/29/24 - I still havenâ t heard back from Matthew. Another fence company out today to give me a quote to fix the fence and they said this was one of the worst fence jobs they have ever seen.

Quick response to my request for an estimate. Very good communications during the process. Matthew Wilson understood my needs for having the fence done as soon as possible and was able to complete it within a week, where as another company told me there would be a 6 - 8 week delay in starting the project. Completed fence looks great. Clean up at the end of the project was well done. I would gladly recommend Wilsouth Fence Company to anyone needing a quality fence.

I had a great experience with them. Mathew was a very hard worker and dedicated to completing the job to my specifications. I will be hiring this company again for another fencing job!!

The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. He started when he said he would and finished when he said the job would be completed. Very satisfied with his work.

A large portion of my wood fence was knocked down during a recent storm. Matthew arrived on time and provided a very fair quote for the replacement of the damaged area. He came back two weeks later, on time and on Labor Day holiday to repair my fence. He works fast and the quality is outstanding. He also hauled off the damaged pieces and smoothed out the dirt. I am very happy and have been recommending Wilsouth Fence Pro to all of my friends and neighbors. Thank you Matthew - you are a treasure!

Matt Wilson cares about his clients and their satisfaction in the product he is giving. He is honest, polite and very conscientious about work and the happiness of the people he serves. He has always gone the extra length to make sure the customer gets more than what they’re expecting and pay for.
