Good.

They are prompt about coming out and they do the job that is necessary; they haven’t had to come back to fix anything.

They were expensive.  They did good work and the guy was very professional.  He was a really fast worker. I will try to find somebody else in the future that will do it for less. I think I overpaid for the job even though I was satisfied with the work.

I called, they came quickly, they fixed the leak, they left.  Very efficient and nice.

Came over the day after we called, also the day before thanksgiving and did a wonderful job to save the day.  The quote was the exact amount of payment and the craftmanship was superb.  They rerouted and replaced two sink drains in the matter of fourty five minutes and let me watch and ask questions as he went.  Extremely helpful and respective of our house.  He even took a look at a shower head and gave advice without trying to charge or upsale.  Would definately use again!

I would recommend them.  It is hard with plumbers; you either get a good one or a bad one. They came out twice and I thought they were good the first time. The guy came out and charged me $175 and he charged me $600 for the same thing the second time.  I asked him why there was such a big disparity between the two.  I looked them and thought that they would be honest and nice.  When the first guy came out the charge might have been $175 but he unplugged it and said that hopefully we wouldn’t have to come back. When the guy came back the 2nd time it was not $175 though he did the same thing. The price was not consistent to me. When I questioned them about it as to why the price went up when he did the same thing, they said it should have been the first time.  I know what other people said about other plumbers in the area and they were the same way. You either get a good price or a tamper price. They came out twice for the same thing.  I got 2 different prices for the same job.  They were not very responsive at all because their advertisement says 24 hour emergency service and I had water backing up in the kitchen.  I called them at 7:30 in the morn and I didn’t see them till 2-3 in the afternoon. They should do what they advertise and they also told me they do air conditioning but the advertisement doesn’t say that.  It sounded like they were more interested in air conditioning than in plumbing and it sounded like he was in the wrong business. I guess he had the wrong title and it may need to be changed. Their punctuality was not good too because I called at 7:30 and they showed up at 2. The first guy was pretty professional and the second guy was terrible. One time he came out and the job was $400 cheaper so I wouldn’t call him back because I don’t know what I am going to get.

I am new to Angie's list and because of a very negative experience with West Plumbing when I did a remodel a few years back, I was VERY surprised to see they had one of the highest ratings on Angie's list.  Since my repair was an absolute necessity for the sale of my home and time was of the essence, I phoned West Plumbing around noon and was told that someone could be here between 2 & 4 PM.  I figured that if I had the same experience this time that I had with the remodel, I would at least have a voice to others. They were here around 245PM and since Scott had the necessary parts on his truck he was able to finish the job right away.  The repair appears to be fine (it is under the house) and I will definitely know if there is a problem when the second inspection is done.  I was definitely satisfied with the promptness and professionalism. 

 Excellent job! I'm very pleased with Eddie. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he did. He showed the camera going through the line and explained everything to my wife.  We were also happy to get my military discount and be able to use the coupon from this site.

I called West Plumbing at noon and was told someone could be out after 3pm.  Scott arrived at 5 pm.  He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.  He fixed the faucet problem in the tub/shower and the flapper in the toilet; and I was able to use the coupon!  I will call on them again in the future.

Both of the men who worked the job were experienced professionals who were very good at their job. They performed the work quickly and efficiently. While digging up the sewer line they discovered the water line from the meter to the house was run in a round about way, which made it three times longer than it should have been, with one section run right next to the sewer line. That was the reason I had them re-rout it and run it straight from the meter to the water line under the house. They finished the entire job in one day, including packing the dirt back in the ditch and cleaning up. I am happy with the work they did, and will call West Plumbing  in the future if I need plumbing work done.

Scott came on Monday, and looked at the water coming up under my kitchen floor.
He fixed the leak coming from my dishwasher.
But the water continued, so Tommy came on Friday(about an hour later than expected).
He fixed my ice maker line that was loose.
He also made a call to the company to make aware ahead of time.
For the men to come and dry out the water underneath the floor.

Toilet was leaking. We called. They gave us an estimate. We accepted the estimate. They discounted the cost of the estimate visit. They raised the toilet, resealed it and installed it back again. Leak was eliminated.

I had purchased a garbage disposal and they installed it as well as look at a bath tub drain that was leaking on occasions. The service was good. The drain repair was quick and the tech was most helpful in explaining why it was only leaking occasionally. The disposal was put in however, the dishwasher drain line was accidently not connected but he came back and quickly made sure that it was done.

I tried replacing the faucet myself but got stuck when I couldn't remove the nuts under the sink. We called the company and the plumber came out quickly and comleted the job. Even though I may have made it a bit more difficult by breaking part of the old faucet, he was able to complete the work in just over an hour. The faucet works and looks great!

Very professional and very fast.

I had two other companies come out to give me estimates. The Plumbing Doctor said I needed to have all my plumbing pipes replaced to the tune of $3200. The second plumber, came out and said they'd have to tear up the slab and that it'd be about $500. Then the guys from West came out and said we can fix it now for $80. It took them about an hour and they provided additional info on the "bad pipes" from the Plumbing Doctor. The pipes only needed replacing if they were deterioting or leaking -- which they weren't.

Late on 1/21 no call to notify of tardiness. Service man was not careful where he placed dirty old parts. Serviceman was very polite, other than that. On both occasions, we were very pleased with West Plumbing.

Professional service. Responded promptly and performed repairs well. Honored guarantee 26 days later. Techinicians were very courteous and professional. Overall, the service was pricey but we received the high quality service that we paid for.
