Dr Wells is warm,very caring about her patients. When you leave the office you feel like you've been thoroughly evaluated and her recommendations are sound.

When I found out I was pregnant, I didn't know anyone to ask for an Ob/Gyn recommendation. I'm really glad that I ended up with Dr. Wells. I liked that I got to see the same doctor at each appointment, and I got to have an ultrasound of my baby at the very first appointment, which was a huge relief! Dr. Wells has always been friendly, positive, quick, and efficient, and her nurse Lori is very kind and professional as well. I think the wait times are reasonable, and as with any doctor's office, the earlier your appointment, the less wait time. I've never had problems getting an appointment that was convenient for me, and when I forgot to tell the office about a change in my insurance, they handled it for me without any issues.
My only complaint was that the one time I called the after hours line for advice, I did not get a call back until the next morning. I could have just gone to the ER if I felt it was truly serious, but I was just calling to be safe. It did not turn out to be an issue at all.
