Have a BBB complaint currently being worked. Truck broke down less than 2 weeks after 'repair'. Business wanted to charge us another 558 after we had already paid them 800 for the same work.

Repair went very well. Ran four iterations to clean out build up. All computerized error messages disappeared and the engine is smoother and quieter now. Also, the engines power was significantly increases. Great job from Universal Motorsports!

Universal Motorsports did an excellent job repairing my car. I contacted Universal Motorsports based on the reviews. Within minutes on the phone with James, I felt confident that he knew exactly what the problem was and that they could repair it quickly. I asked for an estimate (which was very reasonable and fair, especially for quality work) and set up a time to drop off my car. Dropped off the car the following day with new replacement parts ready for install. They did a great job when I had requested to add an additional service that included them having to source parts. They were able to find the parts cheaper than I could. After the car was dropped off and before they started working on it, James called me to ask exactly what brand and type of fluids I use so that they didn't mix fluids. That's incredible service and just another example of the quality of the shop. They finished the car on time and at the estimated price. James and the guys at Universal Motorsports provided an excellent professional repair with exceptional customer service. It's very hard to find an honest garage, but this is one of them. I would definitely recommend them and will return to them for future services.

We were traveling from Atlanta to Tampa and my 2001 Jeep Cherokee was starting to run bad.  We called James and he diagnosed the problem over the phone.   We brought the Jeep to him and he had it fixed and we were right back on the road in less than 30 minutes!   Super service and I highly recommend Universal Motorsports!

I brought the vehicle in with a lean problem. The vehicle was sputtering under boost. The tech James checked it out and let me know that I needed a higher flowing fuel pump and an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator then he would remap my fuel system to match the airflow. I got the car back a few days later and now this thing is awesome! It has about 19psi boost and it runs great, plenty of power in boost it is like driving a totally different car! I highly recommend this shop these guys are awesome and super knowledgeable about vehicles.
