I was very pleased with the quality of the window and the quality of the install (which are the most important things) , but after that it went downhille. While they did show up to measure and give a quote on time, we had problems with the installers. Now, it was a rainy week, but when someone tells me they are going to show up, I expect them to either show up or call and say they're not coming. They were supposed to come Monday and get some pre-measurements...never showed at all. Tuesday, they came and installed about 4 windows, very slow going because they were training a new guy. They didn't arrive until 10:30 or so, even though they said they'd start first thing. Wednesday it rained, they didn't show or call. I called them and told them I had to go out of town so they HAD to be done by Thursday evening. Thursday, again they didn't arrive until about 10:30. They did stay late to finish and get everything installed despite the rain. They also installed some extra trim that looked really nice. They did it for free in exchange for us being a reference for them. I would recommend them because the quality of their product was great. We've used Lowe's in the past and their windows are crap compared to the nice ones Taylor installed. Plus, the Lowe's installation looks like crap. The Taylor install is really nice looked and blends with the house even though they are replacement windows. But don't expect them to arrive at 8:00 am or be on time or call you if there are changes. But if you call them they do respond and update you.
